The Process

We love what we do and want you to understand the process to make sure you enjoy it as much as we do! Each project is created for you, only, and are one-of-a-kind.

Step 1 – Your Complimentary Consultation with You’re So Dandy

The first step starts with your complimentary consultation. During your first consultation we will discuss your event theme, colors, and any special details you would like us to incorporate in your design. Any details from your wedding or event can be used for inspiration on your design. We will also work within your budget to choose the perfect design that best suites you. You’re So Dandy can help you with full packages including thank you cards, directions card, menus, escort cards, wedding programs, gift tags, etc. or just the simple necessities such as the invitations, stationery or announcements.

Step 2 – Estimate and Project Outline

After your consultation you will receive an estimate and design time line based on the information we receive during your consultation. Please allow 3-5 days to receive your estimate. At this point, if you decide to move forward with You’re So Dandy, we require a 50% deposit to continue with the design process.

Step 3 – The Design Process

During the design process you will recieve at least three digital design dratfs through e-mail for your review. The first draft will consist of up to 5 design options that will incorporate what was discussed in your consultation. You will then be able to send your feedback and suggestions. We will send additional drafts, if needed, based on your feedback. Depending on your project, we may send up to three sets of revised drafts. On average the design process takes 1-3 months depending on the complexity of the project.

Step 4 – Digital Proof & Printing

A digital proof will be provided for your last approval prior going to press. We want to ensure everything is just as you requested, so please make sure to check all grammar, spelling, text, etc.  for any typos. You’re So Dandy is not responsible for any typos or changes after this approval. Your final invoice will be provided upon approval and your full payment is due.

Step 5 – Receiving Your Custom Invitations or Stationery

The printing process begins after we receive your final approval and payment. Printing will take approximately 2-4 weeks. You will then receive your custom set of invitations or stationery to share with friends and family.
